Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of MyKitchen, an iPhone application published by Boothe Holdings LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms.

Account

To use MyKitchen you'll create an account verified by your phone number. You are responsible for keeping access to that phone number; if you lose access to it, you may lose the ability to sign in. Don't share your account, and don't sign up using a phone number that isn't yours.

SMS messaging

By providing your phone number and tapping "Send Code" in the app, you consent to receive one-time SMS verification codes from MyKitchen. Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply. You may opt out by replying STOP to any message from us. We do not send marketing texts. Full SMS handling is described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Don't use MyKitchen to do anything illegal, abusive, or harmful. Don't try to break into other users' accounts, scrape our service, or reverse-engineer the app for purposes other than personal experimentation. Don't upload content that infringes someone else's rights.

Your content

The recipes, lists, and notes you create in MyKitchen belong to you. We don't claim any ownership of your content. Most of it never touches our servers. It syncs via your private iCloud account between your devices and people you've shared with.

Service availability

We work to keep MyKitchen running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The app and its services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, Boothe Holdings LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Termination

You may stop using MyKitchen at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that abuse the service (for example, fraudulent SMS requests). If you'd like your account record permanently deleted, see the deletion instructions in our Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, notify you inside the app the next time you sign in. Continued use after the change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Boothe Holdings LLC is registered. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
